Your consumer choice to purchase fairly traded crafts will make a difference to the artisans who are members of Artesania Sorata and Ayni Bolivia. Indigenous Crafts from Bolivia has a direct trading relationship with each of these groups. Our goal is to support their small fair trade enterprises by importing their crafts to Canada and making them available to concerned consumers. We are helping them to grow their export market and, in turn, expand their production. Increased production translates into more consistent income for more indigenous artisans.

Our activities include:

• Selling hand made crafts at public venues and professional conferences
• Selling handmade Finger Puppets to parents, and professionals from daycare centres, schools, early literacy programs and parenting centres, etc.
• Participating as a vendor in Faces of Fair Trade caravans that visit work places, churches and community groups.
• Promoting Just Socials as a fun, alternative way to make shopping with a conscience easier.

We do this by:

• Conducting the business based on international fair trade guidelines established by IFAT and FTF.
• Supporting the Canadian Fair Trade Movement, Transfair Canada and other social justice initiatives that support fair trade.
• Playing an active part in Fair Trade Activities in Toronto,
